Flatmate Wanted, Redland

Hi,

I’m looking for a new flatmate to share this nice 2 bed basement flat just off Whiteladies Road available from the 1st of June (as my housemate is moving out).

The flat is a 5 minute walk to the downs, Clifton downs station and 20 minutes into town. This unfurnished basement flat has 2 large double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen/living space as well as a conservatory and garden at the rear which is great for relaxing in the sun.

I’m a 25 year old project manager working in the engineering industry. Currently I am hybrid working and will be away 1-2 night per week for work in London. I am an easy going guy who enjoys climbing, running, hiking, playing guitar and enjoy a cheeky pint here and there. I try to keep the flat as tidy as possible and enjoy hanging out in the communal areas but also respect peoples space.

I am looking for a professional who is easy to live with, friendly, tidy and enjoys socialising.

The contract is for 6 months and after a rolling monthly basis. Rent is £825 + bills which are 150-175 per month. Deposit is £950 and held in a deposit protection scheme.
