We’re looking for a new roommate to join our lil community. So when writing to us please tell us about yourself!! It is really important to us to find the right housemates :)

We have one studio available in a 10 bed house share in Redland - 4mins walk from the Downs. It comes with its own kitchenette and ensuite. There is a garden out the front and back which we share with our neighbours.

The important bits... it is availible from from 8 May and is £795 per month. All bills are included in the monthly rent (council tax, water, WiFi, and gas/electric of the communal areas) except for electricity for your room - each room has it's own meter. We do have a communal lounge/kitchen, where you can cook or watch tv. No parking, but there are a couple of non-permit roads (5min walk away) which majority of us use.

About us, we are all young professionals (age 24-30) and the majority of us work Monday-Friday (9-5), and we’ll generally look for people that will fit in with us. We're sociable, like doing sport together, going to the pub, little days out, house dinners, festivals/events, wild swimming etc. Although this is not a party house, we do have the occasional gathering if we're all going to the same event or someone's birthday, etc. but this is kept to weekends and we are always super considerate of each other - like to keep communal areas clean and tidy!
