We have a double ensuite available in our friendly 10-person house share in Redland.

We're looking for a sociable professional keen to be involved in the house and happy to join in on activities and movie nights.

Details:
- 695 per month, plus your room's personal electric bills. (Each room has its own meter).
- Council tax, Water and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.
- Shared bathroom with 1 other person.
- Shared lounge and garden.
- Within walking distance from Whiteladies Road, Gloucester Road, Clifton Down Station and Redland Station
- Room is furnished, with the option to be unfurnished.
- Bike storage available in the basement.
- Available from the 4th July.

A little bit about us:
We're a group of 9 professionals from ages 24 to 28. We're all friends and enjoy hanging out with each other. It's pretty common for us to go to the pub together or have a movie night. We've also gone on holidays, camping trips, and festivals together. If there's a fun event at the weekend, we're there 😉

We have a wide range of hobbies, from the gym, to cocktail-making, to hockey, to just going for a boogie, and are always down to try new things. So if you've got a fun thing you can bring, let us know! Lovers of shitty horror films and spontaneous brunches will fit in well
