Double room available in spacious 2-bed flat in Redland, from 01/06/24. Great location just off Whiteladies Road (near the train station and Sainsbury's) and sharing with one other.

The rent is £650 (tbc upon re-signing the contract but should be around this price) and bills are approx £170 each per month but fluctuate throughout the year.

The flat is part-furnished - the bedroom comes with a double bed and large wardrobe and the living room with a sofa, dining table and chairs, but there's space for additional bits to be added! Parking is on-street and will require a permit.

You'll be sharing with a 29 year old female professional who works Mon-Fri in the office. My working day can start quite early so ideally looking for someone with a similar work pattern or who is generally quite chilled in the week! Not a party house but happy with having friends and partners round as and when :-) I'm a clean and tidy gal but not overly obsessive about it and more than anything I want to maintain a nice home environment!

Initial tenancy is 6 months and then switches to a monthly rolling contract.

(Sadly no pets are allowed on the tenancy)
