Great value Redland room, now till mid-July

Us: nurse, teacher, IT student, office and retail workers, plus budgie and conure parrot. We are all sociable introverts, who enjoy a chat or a film over a glass of wine but respect each others' space. We have a wide range of interests with a rich mix of art and science. Occupationally early risers.

You: friendly non-smoker with tolerant outlook and good social sensitivity. The resident vegan would be delighted if you were also vegan but carnivores are welcome too. Pets - no cats or dogs but anything in a cage or tank - may be possible on a case-by-case arrangement with the landlord.

It's a single room but has a double bed and a nice view out over Bristol. The two-floor flat is large, beautiful and graciously furnished. There's a shared living room / kitchen area and two bathrooms. Wonderful views. Access is up a flight of stairs. Redland is a very safe, quite posh area with lots of shops, cafes and parks, easy walk to the heart of Clifton.

This is a short let because a new job has enticed the original tenant (me) away from Bristol.

The lease is up on 14th July, though it may be possible to retain the house for next year too.
