Hello!

My name is Oliver, I am 24 and looking for a new Tennant to live with me in September 2017 at this incredible two bedroom flat that myself and my flatmate fully furnished ourselves. My flatmate has an exciting new job opportunity and is sadly leaving.

I am a super friendly professional guy with a huge passion for film and music, I am really easy to talk to and very open, I don't shut myself away in my room at all really, although I am respectful of other peoples space. :)

I am a former animator working in Software at the moment and I am training to become a Web Developer.

About the Flat

The flat is on Warwick rd, located just two minutes away from pretty much everything, amazing restaurants/bars, Clifton down station, a large Sainsbury's, It is also only a 15 minute walk to Bristol University.

I take pride in is living in a high quality, clean and well kept flat, especially for guests/family visits. My ideal flatmate would be a person who would have some similar interests to me, is very clean and will pitch in and also want to make this place a home, I would like to gain a friend out of my next living experience and not just 'live' with another person.

Your room will be unfurnished, but my flatmate is potentially looking into selling his furniture, EG Wardrobe, Book Shelves, Bed, Matress.

I may need to get a new sofa so It would be cool if my next flatmate would consider contributing.

Your room also contains the storage cupboard with is really spacious and good for storage.

The Nitty Gritty!

So as mentioned above, I want this flat to be 'our' home, and want whoever moves in to feel comfortable knowing that can also do what they like with the flat :)

So everything is done legally through a letting agents, both of our names will be on a 'Joint Tenancy Agreement'. This means to update your name, an administration fee would need to be paid.

Costs are roughly:-

RENT: £575pcm (each)
DEPOSIT: £707.50
ADMIN FEE: £300

BILLS WE PAY:-

VIRGIN MEDIA BROADBAND (TV/Internet): £15.50pcm (each)
ELECTRICITY BILL: 30pcm (each)
COUNCIL TAX: £71 (each)

All in all, I pay roughly around £675 per month.
