I have a double room available in my 2 bedroom flat in Redland. The flat was totally renovated a few years ago and is very comfortable. The flat is fully furnished and there is parking outside although you will need to apply for a residents' permit.

I am 44, laid back, clean and tidy. I would like a lodger who is the same... clean and tidy that is. I'm not looking for party people so someone more mature and calm would be ideal. My room is available on Airbnb (where I am a superhost) but I have now decided to take on a lodger for more convenience.

The flat is shared with myself, including the bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom is private.

All bills are included. I have virgin broadband wi-fi available too.

Short lets considered. Weekly price £190.00/week with £190.00 security deposit.

Mon-fri let’s also considered.

Monthly price of £725/month and one month’s deposit.
