Comfy double room near the Arches/Gloucester Road

My flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend, leaving me to deal with finding a replacement (as if the interminable, crushing loneliness wasn’t enough). So...

The location:
The house is about a minute from the arches. It's great because you can walk in one direction and be in Stokes Croft in about 10 minutes, or go the other way and be on Whiteladies in 15. Gloucester road is about two minutes away with a load of pubs, shops, grocers, butchers etc. You could sprint to Redland train station in about 20 seconds if you were so inclined.

The flat:
The flat is pretty spacious, particularly between two people, with a big grand entrance, high ceilings, large bay windows etc. No cutting edge décor but everything is comfortable. One bedroom is big, the other is massive. We are the middle (ground) floor of a huge 3-storey house, with garden back and front. We share with a family of 4 below, and the oft-away landlord and lady, a couple in their 70s, above. All are lovely.

Me:
I'm a 26 Y/O man, and teach English at a secondary school in East Bristol. When not working you'll find me often in the pub, occasionally in the gym, sometimes at the Cube Cinema. Most likely relaxing at home, cooking and listening to BBC6. Outside if it's sunny.

You:
If you are in reliable employment, and seem easygoing and trustworthy, then you'll be in with a shout. Optional extras include being fairly sociable, clean, and owning a big TV that we can put in the living room.
