One main room - large bay window has leafy views of the shared garden which is sheltered from the street. Very comfortable king-sized bed and relax on the comfortable two-seater sofa.

The separate kitchen is equipped with kettle, toaster, oven, fridge with a freezer compartment, and pans, crockery and cutlery, and has a large window with window seat.
