Rooms available in shared house (Girls preferred)

Hi all, we are looking for a fourth housemate in our lovely big house in Redland. We are a girls only house and we love it! There is a double room available from mid April. The room is furnished but items could be removed if necessary. We have been here for nearly a couple of years now and we really love living here!

The house is run by an estate agent so there will be a one off agency fee and one months deposit upfront. We are in a perfect location right between White ladies Road and Gloucester Road and 2 minute walk to Redland Train station. We are all working professionals that are really friendly so we want someone that will fit in with our vibes.

We work hard in the week and enjoy wine and Netflix in the evenings and let our hair down at the weekends! We also love a good festival. If you would like to ask any questions feel free to send us a message and we can arrange viewing. Bills come to around 80 pounds a month, which included Council Tax, Gas, Electric, and Water.
