Double room in shared flat available from 01/11

Hi all,

I'm looking for a new flat mate to move in beginning of November. The room is a fair size with space for a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and little desk. The room is unfurnished, but the flat is fully furnished. (I managed to get most of my furniture for a good price from gumtree). The flat has a big kitchen and living room, and a shared bathroom. (I don't think that the photos show very well how big the flat actually is, for two people, there is loads of space!). The patio out the front of the flat is for our use only. Total per month, with bills, is around £550.

The area is great. The flat has access to Chandos road through the garden gate and is between Gloucester road and Whiteladies road. It's a few minutes walk to the Clifton down Sainsbury's, a couple of local train stations and the downs. There are lots of nice pubs, bars and restaurants in the area.

A little about me... My name is Hattie and I’ve lived in the flat for around 3 years. I work at a language school in the centre of the city. I work during the week, but I am sociable and enjoy going out for drinks and dancing. At the weekend, I enjoy going for brunch, walking/cycling around and outside the city.
