Double room in shared house, live in landlord

South-facing, light and airy ground floor, double room available. Currently furnished with a bed, wardrobe and large desk for computer/studying; could be changed to suit your needs.

Shipham is a village 10 miles south of Bristol in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is just off the A38, 15 mins from Bristol airport (but luckily not noisy). The village offers a great sense of community, with cultural activities and superb walking, mountain biking and other outdoors activities on the doorstep.

Bills are covered by the rent and also some eco friendly, household products. We share a big kitchen with a separate small laundry room and a sitting room with a log-burner.

You will be given your own fridge, freezer and cupboard spaces for your kitchen stuff with extra storage space available in the garage. If you need it more storage space can be created for you in the house.

There is a (shared) downstairs shower room and loo, and two upstairs bathrooms.

We have a well-trained young black Labrador who lives in the kitchen. We have a garden with a pond and there is off-road parking.
