We have a room on a favoured Road in the popular Cotswold estate in Shirehampton. Dursley Road is named after the market town of the same name in the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire. This lovely home was constructed circa 1903 it has been recently undergone some refurbishments.
The room has a large built in wardrobe, double bed and a table . Double glazing and carpeted. The room is warm and gets the sun, the street is very quiet, the train station is 50 yards away and a journey to Clifton Down is 8 minutes.
The large kitchen had 2 fridges, a large freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. A large conservatory can be used to store bikes. On street car park is a dream -plenty of spaces available.
Fast internet is available, all bills are included except the TV licence.
No couples.
We are responsible landlords, clean the house every 10-14 days and keep on top of maintenance.
