The house is well kept and tidy (the landlord lived in until recently). Space for your car on a driveway. It's in a quiet area, with friendly neighbors, conveniently close to M5. We split rent and bills equally (total around £650 per person per month). The room is spacious and unfurnished. The contract is 6 months, through the agency, references and deposit required.
