Modern house in southmead with Japanese hot tub

A newly renovated house share with live in landlord. I work as a holistic Dr & often have my young kids spend a night with me. I work away weekends & often travel for work. Trying to be a non toxic household with natural cleaning products where possible, natural produce & food, no seed oils or teflon pans. Open-plan kitchen diner & small TV area with big screen and PS4. Big garden & private parking. Bus stop outside drive, great links to town and southmead hospital is walkable. Fancy bathroom with waterfall shower and deep Japanese style hot tub. Great Internet connection & clean house. I love to cook & happy to share meals. Lots of kitchen storage & big american fridge freezer. Dish washer, washing mechine & out door clothes line. New to shareing but happy to build a nice vibe with new people. No issues if you like your own space. Positive energy, clenliness & curtesy is crucial. No visitors to stay over but occasional day guests welcome.
