The house is walking distance to Southmead hospital, so perfect for anyone working at the hospital as well as nearby Airbus, MOD and Rolls Royce as well as easy access to the city centre.

New kitchen diner with integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Free parking on the street and back garden. The house is opposite the open green space of Trymside valley meadow which leads into Henleaze swimming lake so nice and quiet and green all around : )

Great transport links. Pen Park Rd is at the end of the road where you will find loads of buses including 2/508/76. Other bus services from the hospital include 17/ 17a/24/82/505/506.

We are looking to share our home with a clean, fun, friendly person who will respect and enjoy living here as it if were their own home : )

All bills included, references required and a very low one off £50 per person set up fee.
