Its a quiet and peaceful property with friendly professional residents. The residents tend to keep to themselves. The property has four bedrooms. There is a resident landlord. The main bathroom is shared by three residents, the landlord has a separate bathroom. There is also an additional toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, various appliances such as a kettle and toaster, plus an assortment of shared crockery, pans and utensils.

All bills are included in the rent - water, council tax, gas, electric, fibre broadband and TV licence for lounge. Security deposits are held by the DPS.

Well located for buses 2, 2a and 76. There is a shed in the back garden for bicycles.
