Lovely double room in refurbished Southville House

Lovely Victorian house in vibrant Southville. It’s recently refurbished with a big kitchen/ diner/ living space plus a sitting/ dining room and three bedrooms. The garden is good for an evening glass of wine, and there is a bike shed at the front if you cycle. The bedroom is a fully furnished double with a chest of drawers, wardrobe, double bed and armchair. I am a professional and live here with my very friendly dog called Humphrey (he’s a cockerpoo, and will always be excited to see you when you’re home from work). I work long hours and he and I are often away so you will likely have the place to yourself for several/ most nights of the week. That said, I’d be happy to let out two rooms if you needed that. Southville is a really friendly and vibrant part of Bristol, very near to the centre, Clifton, Ashton Court and Temple Meads station. I feel very lucky to live in such a friendly, central but quiet neighbourhood, with some superb eateries on the doorstep. There are local shops just a couple of minutes walk away, including a fruit and veg store, butcher, fishmonger and bakery so you don’t need to venture far afield for everything you need (unless you want to!). As for me, I try to cycle, run and swim regularly (could do better), bake/ cook, love food, friends and family, and am easy going and generally cheerful about life.
