Hello!

I am looking for a flatmate to join me in my flat in Southville from mid-May. The flat has 2 bedrooms and a shared living/dining/kitchen area. The room available is a very spacious double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet, furnished to include double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and large wardrobe. The price includes all bills (including electricity, gas, broadband, council tax, water and TV licence). There is on-street parking available - permits are £96 per year.

The flat features a bright and airy shared living/dining/kitchen area, has a private entrance and is on the first floor. The kitchen is brand new this year with new appliances including dishwasher. Photos are pre-tiling which will be done early May! Other features include washer-dryer and 42" smart TV.

The location is great - 5 minutes from North Street, 5 minutes to the Harbourside / Wapping Wharf, and 25 minute walk to Temple Meads train station. There is a cycle path all the way to the city centre.

I am looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy professional who would be up for going for the occasional drink, eating nice food, enjoying Bristol and having a cup of tea after work! I am an easy going, sociable and considerate 28 year old working as a doctor at the BRI.
