Looking for a housemate for sociable house share

Looking for a new housemate for a sociable house share, sharing with 2 professionals - a female, 26 and male, 27.

I'm Ben - I'm from South Wales originally and currently work as a team leader in a company called Ovo Energy. I am into travelling, keeping active, sports and festivals.

And then there's Brittany who moved in last month who is from New Zealand originally and working in hospitality in the day.

Not furnished double room - there is a spare mattress but no frame which may be available.

Very desirable location 15 minutes walk to city centre and on the top of North Street.

Washing machine, fridge and dishwasher. Large garden with decking and shed which is pretty nice for Summer!

6 months tenancy then rolling. £385 plus bills approx £100 and £525 deposit. The landlord is pretty flexible though if for some reason you want to leave early usually though, as he has been in the previous two cases.

Would be good to know something about you when you message as looking for a good fit and someone to get along with, rather than someone who stays in their room all the time.
