Double room in BS3, all bills included

ABOUT THE HOUSE

We are looking for someone to move into a double room in our lovely four-bed house in Southville at the start of January 2020 (exact date flexible). The house is a good-sized terrace on a quiet street. Communal areas include one bathroom (with a bath), living room, very large kitchen/dining room and a garden. As well as the standard amenities, a dishwasher and washing machine are included.

The bedroom comes unfurnished, but some furniture may be available for an additional cost (bed, desk and storage). Between us we have enough furniture to fill the communal areas at the moment. It is slightly larger than the other bedrooms in the house and has plenty of room for a double bed, wardrobe, desk and bookshelf. The room is on the ground floor.

The house is in a great location, less than five minutes to Wapping Wharf, fifteen minutes on foot to the centre and roughly ten minutes to North Street. East Street is also under ten minutes away, where you can catch buses up to north Bristol, and there’s a very big Asda nearby. There is plenty of on-street parking if you have a car, although you’ll need to get a permit.

Rent is £480 per calendar month, which includes all bills. Deposit will be £585.

ABOUT US

We are three professionals, aged 27-35. Laura works in theatre, Rich works for DEFRA and Steve works as a financial controller. We’ve all been sharing for almost two years with no issues and are all very respectful and chilled out. We’d like to live with someone friendly and relaxed who will keep the communal areas nice and tidy - bonus points if you’re into board games. We’re looking for someone who can move in at the end of December / early January and preferably who is planning to stay fairly long-term.
