Double room in sociable house, View 21st & 22nd

We are looking for a considerate and professional person to rent the third double room in our shared house. The house is in Aubrey Road, Southville/Bedminster, just off the vibrant North Street, and a 20 minute walk from Whapping Wharf.

We signed the tenancy for the house a year and a half ago and our third house mate is now relocating meaning we have a spare room.

Whilst the property came unfurnished originally, the house is fully furnished and our old housemate has said he is happy to leave the bed, drawers and table, however he may need them a few months down the line (Cross that bridge when we get to it)

The room is therefore fully furnished and comes with additional cupboard space in the corridor.

The estate agents are CJ Hole so we will need to liaise with them regarding switching over the tenancy. Please let us know if you would like to arrange a visit

The room is available to move in 31st of Jan

The living area is sizeable and the terraced garden is lovely in the summer. There is also free parking on the road.
