Lrg Double bedroom in spacious house in Southville

Hi! We have a large double bedroom available in our lovely home here in Southville. We live on the main route towards the city centre and are a 5 minute walk away from both North Street and the Wapping Wharf. There are plenty of convenience stores, coffee shops and supermarkets located within walking distance and also lots of lovely parks for picnics on the sunnier days.

We are two professionals who have lived together since September. Our friend and current housemate is moving back home, and as a result, we are now looking for a new housemate to complete our trio. The room will be available from the 3rd February.

The house is quite spacious with a large shared living room, long kitchen, and a built on conservatory (orangery) that leads to a spacious garden. There is a bathroom upstairs with the most enormous bathtub, which can take a while to fill, however well worth it! The bedroom that we are advertising is downstairs and at the front of the house, however is separated from the road by our private front garden with hedge helping create more privacy.

We have a lovely patio garden at the back of the house, which gets good sunshine in the afternoon and early evening, and comes complete with Fig and Pear trees and a grape vine...
The house is slightly set back from the road and we have a small front garden which gets sun all morning.

We are Emily and Tara! Hi!!
Emily works full time during the week, and Tara works part time whilst completing her doctorate in psychology. We are sociable people and love to have a laugh.

Tara enjoys yoga meditation, socialising, live music and experiencing the epic Bristol food scene!
Emily loves live music, food, being creative with a variety of different projects and outdoor adventures like surfing.

We enjoy doing things both together and separately. We both have a pretty chilled out attitude towards things and enjoy our house being our sanctuary.

We are looking for someone with similar interests and hobbies, who enjoys having a laugh and doesn't take themselves too seriously, and who is willing to be respectful towards the house as a whole. We are not a 'party house' and like to keep it tidy and clean. We are definitely looking someone to be a friend and not just a housemate.

We pay bills collectively on top of rent and they are roughly £200 excluding rent but could be subject to change, as we all know how the glorious gas and electric prices are at the moment.

We have a very good relationship with our landlord who manages the property.

Parking is available on the street and a permit is required.
