We have a room available from late January/February 2023 and we're looking for a new housemate!
Before we say anything about us, here's the info you'll want to know:
Move in date: Late Jan/early February (tbc)
Number of tenants: 4 (once you join us)
Rent: £520/month which includes bills. Deposit £520
Tenancy length: Prefer to have someone who is going be here for a while.
About us:
You would be living with 3 other people. We're all working full time monday-friday with a couple of us working from home at the moment. We're a sociable house and like to hang out in the evenings, watch some series and play board games (with occasional cocktails) - we get on well as a house and we're looking for someone who will fit in well and is up for hanging out. That being said, we obviously respect each others space and privacy.
