We are looking for new tenant .We have a furnished bright huge bedroom available start from 18 May.

Location -Southville, BS3
just walk 15min from Wapping Wharf
20min to the City Center

Supermarkets are just 10 minute walk, and there a few restaurants, cafes, pubs in the bedminster area. 10min walk to North Street.

The kitchen dining room is fully furnished .There is a washing machine, gas hob and oven.
The living room is bright also we have a nice garden.

Room Price :£595 incl bills and WiFi
Deposit : £200

You will share the room with Davide and Crystal

We are the current tenants

Crystal - I'm working in the printing company Monday to Friday . I like cycling, travelling, foodie I like to meet people to share different cultures also I like to have my own time.

Davide - supevisor and ice cream chef, likes books, road cycling and pubs.

We are looking for somebody who is respectful, clean and tidy.
We share household chores and groceries.

Unfortunately this house is not a party house and our landlord does not accept couples , pets and not smoking in the house (you can smoke in the garden).
