Spare room in Southville

The Room

I have a spare room available in my 2-bed flat for a short term let or up to 1 year and 6 months. It's a great location in Southville, a few minutes walk from the harbourside and North Street. The city centre can be reached on foot in about 20 mins.

The room has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a desk. The large window looks out onto grass and trees.

The flat is in very good condition and has a nice kitchen and sitting-room. The lodger will have full access to communal areas within the flat.

All bills included, which along with Council Tax and utilities, covers wi-fi, as well as Netflix and Amazon on the TV.

I'm looking for a single person who is either a student or will be out at a place of work during the day.

There are lots of books around the place because that's a key interest of mine and though I'm a laid-back and sociable kind of person, it would suit someone who generally likes being in a fairly calm and quiet environment.

The deposit is £400, to be paid to secure the room, and the first month's rent would be paid on the day you move in.

The room is available from 1st May.
