Lovely upstairs double-room for rent at Osborne Road, Southville. We are looking for a female tenant - you will be sharing with 2 boys (Liam & Harry) and 3 girls (Jaz, Ella & Lucy) - we are between 24-28 years old who are all friendly and sociable. We are looking for someone who also possesses these qualities, whilst respecting everyone’s space. We would also like someone who can be a team player when it comes to household chores :)

The area is situated in walking distance of Asda, Aldi and Co-op; we are also very near East street which has a range of independent stores. There is even Dame Emily Park a short distance of the house, and the harbour side plus city centre close by!!

The room lets in good, natural lighting and fits a double bed, built in wardrobe, desk etc; this room will be unfurnished although there may be wiggle room for some furniture that the previous tenant has :)

Council tax band: A. Please note council tax is included in rent, so your rent will stay at £675 per month.
