We are looking for a lodger for our ensuite attic room on a Monday - Friday let.
About the room and house - you have a good sized clean and tidy double bedroom with access to your own shower ensuite. The room has views across to Clifton Suspension Bridge and across to Hotwells.
The cost is inclusive of all bills and internet.
As we are a family we are not a party house and will not be able to accommodate any other guests in the house.
About the area - Our home is just off North Street in Southville with excellent access to all the amenities there. It’s about a 30 minute walk into Bristol city centre.
About us - we are a young family consisting of myself, my husband and two boys. We are an active household but and clean tidy and friendly.
About you - you will be a professional who is tidy, respectful and friendly. Ideally you will have your own children (partly so you understand what it’s like living with a family!).
You are looking for a room from Monday night until Friday morning.
No weekends.
Would like a reference from employers/ previous lodgings.
