Large Double Room - Southville, Mon-Fri only

I have a lovely large, quiet room to rent in a large grown up house on Stackpool Rd, Southville, up from Whapping Wharf, 5 mins walk from the harbourside and North Street. Fantastic location, easy 15 min walk into town and several bus stops, train station and 5 minutes walk to the airport bus.

This is a Monday-Friday let but happy for you to arrive after supper on Sunday nights if needs be. You are welcome to leave your things over the weekend. No one else will be using the room.

There are 2 of us living here, I live in the loft with a separate bathroom. I am not planning on renting out the other bedrooms.

You will be sharing a bathroom (with 1 other), a large kitchen/diner with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

PLEASE NOTE: The furniture in the photos is all going so the room will have different furniture!

On street parking outside though we are in a Residential parking zone so a permit would need to be applied for. There is free parking 5 minutes walk away.

We all respect other's space and enjoy living in this sunny peaceful haven but are also up for a friendly drink and a chat. If you are looking for somewhere to bring your friends back or stay over then sorry; this is not the place for you.

Diet wise, we are pescatarian. No meat to be cooked please though we don't mind meatydeliveries or storing cold meats etc.!

Rent includes all bills and a cleaner. Mon-Fri £575 pcm.

Minimum stay 1 month.
