I am looking for one tenant - having immediate availability until 14/05 would be ideal for smooth transition.

One room is available now and unfurnished.

I have been living here for 3 years; the two previous tenants were also for extended periods (5 years & 10+ years), so long term here isn’t new here!

This is very much home and looking for people of a similar outlook; calm environment, easy-going attitudes and open communication. Looking to maintain the balance of doing our own thing (attending board game groups, choir groups after work and playing video games as well as home study) and socialising together (going for a drink at the local taproom, film nights and dinners in/out).

The place is a terraced house with three bedrooms, bathroom, lounge kitchen area and small back garden.
It is located near trendy North Street, so close to shops, some nice pubs and cafes. A great location!
It is near green spaces like Greville Smyth Park which is a few mins walk away, Ashton Court and Leigh Woods.
It is a 20 min walk into the centre.
The 24 and m2 bus routes are nearby.
We have good neighbours with a community WhatsApp group and communal feel.

Nitty gritty details are as follows:-
- Rent = £500 per person pcm
- 1.5 month deposit

These are payable to the landlord. The tenancy is direct with the landlord, so there are no agency fees.

The bills will be split between the three of us, paid to whoever makes the payment.
All bills (council tax, internet, TV licence, gas/elec, water) comes to approx. £160 per month per person.
