Southville is a safe and convenient area. There is plenty of free parking on my quiet street. I live a 2 minute walk from North Street which has an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, a theatre and a gym. The city centre is a 20 minute walk along the harbourside and Bristol Temple Meads train station/ Bristol bus station are 25 minutes away. Greville Smyth park and the river is a 5 minute walk.

There is an open plan living room and with a new kitchen downstairs. There is a huge cellar, if you wish to store any belongings. On the first floor is a single room, the double room to rent, bathroom and then a loft room.

I am a 43 year old professional and owner of the house. And just to let you know, I have a cat.

A £650 deposit will be required.
