I have a room available in a lovely 2 bedroom flat I have recently moved into.

It's a private let and is free of any deposit or rental fees, available now!

The room itself is unfurnished but the rest of the property has everything you could need.

The bathroom has a lovely shower, a heated towel rail and a bath (a must in any home if you ask me!) The front of the bath is being replaced this week so will look better when you move in!

Kitchen area is open plan and fitted with built in white goods including dishwasher.

The flat is cosy and has been furnished by myself. The living room is bright with two large windows. It's a modern redevelopment good quality kitchen goods. The living room has been furnished by myself and decorated already. It's warm and retains the heat really well. The flat itself is set back from the road due to its location in the block so its unbothered by road noise which is great. I'm sleeping better than I have in years!

There is ample bike storage available within the block on the ground floor with secure access to the street.

The £555 includes decent Broadband, TV Licence, water & Council tax, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Now TV and Disney +.

Electric is paid quarterly on top. This usually works out at around a 100 per bill, averaged out, just over 30 a month depending on usage.

Street parking is available without permit.
I'm 31 and work full time shift work on a set pattern. I like chilling at home or usuay at the gym when I'm not at work.
Flat has excellent links to city centre, Southmead Hospital, Lockleaze, Eastgate Shopping Centre and Muller Road by bus just opposite the flat. Bus takes about 15 minutes into the city centre. Temple Meads is around a 30 minute walk away.

Fantastic location situated next door to a fantastic large park. It's a stones throw from North Street and the Tobacco Factory and its cafes and bars. Its also easy walking distance of Winterstoke Retail park, Aldi and Sainsbury's. Also only a 15 minute walk from the fantastic Ashton Court. So although there is no garden there are plenty of green spaces very nearby.
Also in easy walking distance is Whapping Wharf.

Would be quite nice to have someone who also enjoys chilling in the evenings on the sofa sometimes. Also living here is my adorable Tabby cat who's affectionate and welcoming when you get home after a long day.
