Hi and thanks for looking,

Our names are Tomas and Laura and we are professionals in our 30's. We are looking for a friendly flatmate to share our lovely house with. Ideally we are looking for someone who shares the same sense of humour with us and can go with for an occasional drink or a meal. With you there will be three people living at the property. There is plenty of space for working from home.

The house is located in a quiet residential street a 5 minute walk to the cafes and bars at the new development at Wapping Wharf, a 10 minute walk to Asda, a 10 minute walk to North Street and a 20 minute walk to Temple Meads train station. Victoria Park is also approx. 10 minutes away.

We have two cats living with us who very much enjoy human company, love playing and sitting on a good lap etc. As we are animal lovers, it would be great to live with someone who loves animals too.

Your room will come with all the furniture in the photos and is very spacious. The spare bedroom will be available to your friends/ family if they ever visit Bristol.

The property has been recently done up and is very spacious. The ground floor has a living room (with a wood burner), dining room and kitchen. Your bedroom is on the first floor and is adjacent to the bathroom. As we (Tomas and Laura) have our own bathroom on the second floor, the bathroom will be only used by you.

We have a separate laundry / drying room in the basement. There is plenty of eaves storage for boxes and suitcases. The garden is south facing and gets plenty of light.

Laura enjoys yoga, life drawing, and cooking vegan food. Tomas is passionate about golf and cycling. We enjoy a hike and meal sharing from time to time too. We all enjoy a glass of wine and a calm environment.

The room is available from 9-10 November (with a degree of flexibility if you need to move in earlier as the spare bedroom is free).

If you own a car, an on street parking permit can be purchased from the council. There is no space to store a bike in the house, but we have a long Kryptonite chain outside which you will be welcome to share with Tomas.

A deposit of a month's rent is required in addition to the month's rent when moving in. We look forward to meeting you!

We are a veggie household, so we don’t eat meat products at home, don’t mind if you do out of the house.
