Double bedroom in great Southville house

Downstairs room (available start of July)

Hello everyone,

We're advertising for a double bedroom in a fantastic Southville house in a great central location.

The only room now available is a downstairs one with lots of room for storage/desk and plenty of natural light. It's available from 30th June/July 1st. We moved in when the house was unfurnished so the outgoing housemate is open to selling the furniture (bed, desk etc) instead of moving it to his new place. (Alternatively, the bed in the upstairs room will be available (for free) to be moved downstairs but you'd need to buy storage space and a desk, if you wanted one).

The kitchen is probably the nicest space in the house and was newly fitted when we moved in a couple of years ago - it includes a dishwasher, washing machine and gas oven. There's space for bike storage and we have a garden/patio area out the back (including BBQ!). Bathroom is pretty modern too and there's a separate living room with a large TV. We're also in the Southville Residents' Parking Zone (i. e. you need to pay the council about £50-£100 for a year long permit (there's always room to park out front).

As far as the area goes we're a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre, 5 minute walk to North Street with lots of places to eat and drink. A 24 hour ASDA and an Aldi are both 5-10 minute walks and there are various pool/gym facilities nearby (PureGym, David Lloyd etc.) Temple Meads is a 20-25 minute walk. The street is a residential one with families on.

Other stuff to consider is referencing/agents fees which come in at about £220 and a deposit of £533. Bills are about £100-£120 a month on average and the minimum contract length is six months.

Unfortunately myself (George) and Liam are moving out as I've finished university and Liam will be returning to studies elsewhere in the country.

The housemates you will be living with therefore are Rob and Josh (Josh is moving into the upstairs room). They're friends from work (in financial services) and interested in sports, TV, cooking etc and would like someone similarly minded!
