The bedroom is compact with a double loft bed ideal for a petite person, giving you space underneath with a small seating area, and a small desk for studying or work. I am putting a wardrobe in there for easy storage instead of the clothes rail.

Parking is available and we have communal gardens surrounding the car park. There is a seating area outside if you need a place to smoke or just enjoy having a morning coffee in the sunshine and fresh air.

The apartment is walking distance to bus stops that connect you with the centre of Bristol and the centre of Bath. You will also have access to a bicycle on request if you would prefer to cycle. Helmet and bike lock included.

Local shops include a Coop supermarket, a cafe that serves a great full English breakfast and cakes, a pharmacy, and a post office. There is also a lovely walk along the river and a nearby woodland area if you enjoy escaping into nature.

Sharing with a retired English Teacher who is fluent in English, Portuguese, conversational in German and French. Can provide discounted English lessons to people from overseas.

The rent is £400 per month, all bills included. Please provide £400 deposit and £400 first month’s rent required making the payment £800 in total. (Deposit can be paid in instalments if more affordable). Will consider couples at £650 per month on a short term basis due to space.
