Your room looks out onto a green with no road or passing traffic, making it quiet and private. The room is generous size of 3.15m x 3.89m. The room has a double bed and mattress already, as well as, a small wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bills are not included but the estimated monthly bill, for utilities and council tax is around £133. I am environmentally and energy conscious and would like you to be too.
I am looking for someone who is also a working professional and enjoys all the brilliant things Bristol has to offer.
