Room with own bathroom in lovely St Anne's

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a new housemate to join me and my pup Billie in St Anne's, in a quiet cul de sac right by the River Avon.

The room is a furnished small double that overlooks the garden. I have an en suite so you would have the main bathroom to yourself and there's a large loft and a garage for extra storage. There's also a third bedroom which would be a shared space and up for discussion on how we want to use it (spare room for guests, office, yoga room etc). There's no parking restrictions on the road outside.

I've just had a new patio put in the back garden, have an epic BBQ and have ordered some new garden furniture, ready for summer 😊 so of you're up for cocktails and burgers in the garden when the sun comes out, this is the spot! St Anne's is the perfect place if you like nature as there are beautiful woods, Troopers Hill and the river Avon cycle path right on the doorstep. There's also a co-op, cafe and a couple of takeaways just down the road, a 40 minute walk down the river to temple meads and 15 minutes walk to the cafes and pubs of Redfield/St George.

I'm an active and busy person and am looking for someone similar, who's got their own thing going on but also sociable and up for sharing the odd dinner, glass of wine, trip to the pub/ Beeses or having a BBQ every now and then. I'm really into running, hiking and paddle boarding and have started playing padel (badly). I work in the charity sector and from home 3/4 days a week and when I'm in the office Billie goes to doggie day care.

I recently adopted Billie, an adorable collie x rescue, who is taking up most my time currently! She's super friendly and adorable, but also in her adolescent stage so she has her moments!

Rent is £650 all in. The room is available from May 6th.
