Flat is located in a delightful, sheltered area of Bristol close to the River Avon and a multitude of nature reserves and parks. Yet at the same time it's only located 2 miles from the city centre so is ideal for bus routes and bikes. There's also a parking space.

About me: I'm a 30 year old journalist who's a massive movie nut, so communal film nights would likely be a thing! I also love the odd bit of cooking, plus the odd German and Belgian beer every now and then.

I'm not looking for a party animal but a young professional who's chilled and has a sense of humour, partial to the occasional beer and pizza night. I look after the place so would expect that to be reciprocated.
