I’m looking for a respectful lodger to join us in our happy home.

We have a very large room for rent with kingsized bed, bedroom furniture and built in triple wardrobes; within it’s own dressing area. The room also has it’s own newly updated en-suite and is situated within a large four bed detached townhouse on the edge of the countryside.

The house has views overlooking fields in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac in St Georges. There is a large kitchen, utility and a sitting room to share. Plenty of parking is available on the road outside of our home. We have a nice easy maintenance garden to enjoy and the house has the bonus of a security camera for extra peace of mind.

We have easy access to the motorway and A370, which is only 2 mins drive from the house. Worle Railway Station is only 5 mins drive away. There are lots of shops nearby, as well as countryside or beach walks.

I live in the property with my ten year old son, and for this reason I will require you to apply for a DBS check as well as the usual previous landlord, employer references & credit checks before moving in with us. We are quiet but friendly people, who have plenty of friends and family who we share our home and time with. We are clean, tidy and respectful so are seeking similar attributes in our lodger.
