Hi all,

The large double room has its own private kitchenette for your sole use. You can open your own back door to the large south facing garden. There is a little patio area which I am happy for you to use as your own.

There is a down stairs loo tucked underneath the stairs, which means you have easy access to a loo on same floor as your room. The bathroom with shower and bath is just at the top of the stairs.

Previous lodgers have loved the house.

ABOUT ME

I am a widower in his sixties with a small west highland terrier. I grow vegetables in the garden. I am a Quaker and do voluntary work mainly with Citizens Advice. I am retired now but used to work for a children’s charity advising on early years policy. My son has grown up and lives in London.

THE AREA

On the Totterdown/Knowle border. The road backs on to the amazing Arnos Vale Cemetery, one of the best green spaces in Bristol. Perrets and Arnos court Parks and Victoria Park are short walks away.

Temple meads station is just over 18 minutes walk down hill.

A Bus stop is right at the start of our road that has a direct service to the centre and the University . An e-scooter pool is just below this bus stop

ABOUT YOU

Must be in professional, full-time work or full-time mature study.

Would not suit a party-goer/coming back in the wee hours.

Should be trustworthy, easy-going and respectful.
