Brunel House is our flagship development; a purpose-designed large co-living space. “The Penthouse” rooms are the two best in the house, they cover the entire top floor with floor to ceiling balcony doors enjoying one of the best views over Bristol. The rooms are en-suite, and the biggest we have ever created - covering 20sqm per room.

The property is still in refurbishment, but is fully reserved - this room unexpectedly because available. The other rooms have been reserved by sociable & likeminded young professionals. It’s going to be the most amazing place to live.

What is Key Living?
Key Living is a members-only social club as well as a provider of beautiful spaces in which to live. For our members, we take away the stress and the administration of renting, affording you more time to focus on your career and enjoying all the city has to offer.

Our houses combine stylish bedrooms with modern communal spaces. Members pay one monthly bill for everything, this includes rent, all bills and taxes, a cleaner and all shared items; from toilet paper to washing up liquid.

We understand that moving into a shared house, your biggest concern is who you will be living with. Members are interviewed to ensure we are grouping likeminded, driven and sociable individuals into our homes; we aim for our members to become close friends, not just housemates.
