Big room in a friendly house looking for flatmate

Hello there, we are Alex and Alberto and we are looking for a new person to join and live with us.

Alex is crazy about travelling, sailing, surfing and skiing.
She works with bags prototyping and she’s into interior designs so she always does her best to make the house cosy and welcoming.
Alberto is passionate about growing and cooking food, likes to spend weekends away with the van and enjoys the occasional gig.

The house is located in on the edge of Totterdown near Perrett park and Arnos vale amongst other parks. The house has three bedrooms and is really spacious, bright and cosy. It has a lovely garden to enjoy sunny days and a cosy lounge for colder evenings and crafts, along with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room to prepare and enjoy earthy meals. There’s also a garage to store bikes or other stuff and enough space on the road to park a car.

The room to rent is very spacious with a lot of natural light and has some furniture that can stay or be removed (photo with the old fireplace).

A bit more about us. We like to socialise, share drinks, chat and go out together when we can, but we also respect privacy and personal space. We are both tidy and we would like to live with a person that can clean after themselves and contribute to household chores. Besides that, we are both laid back and wholesome so would love to find a likeminded person.
