Lovely quiet double room with desk

Lovely quiet room in my Edwardian terraced house in Totterdown, available 4 or 5 days/nights a week

The room is very nicely decorated and furnished, with a modern UPVC sash window, ensuring that it's cosy and quiet. A 4' oak framed double bed with orthopaedic mattress provides a great night's sleep, and there's a good sized solid wood desk and chair by the window, a clothes rail and drawers for clothes, and a storage unit.

Bedside table with light, dimmer switch main light, and desk lamp give a few options for setting the ambience, as well as the hand-made Roman blind on the window.

Somerset Road forms the top edge of the picturesque Victorian cemetery of Arnos Vale, and is a very quiet road, but with great access to town and local facilities,, being close to Wells Road and Bath Road.; there's a nice park (Arnos Court) literally at the end of the road, and shops in walking distance, There's a brilliant corner shop 100m away for essentials, open till 9.30

The kitchen is large and very well equipped, with all usual amenities including dishwasher and washing machine, and a large kitchen table. Guests are given a shelf in a large cupboard for larder items, and a shelf in the fridge. I'm a keen cook and other housemate is a nutrition expert so we're all about healthy flexitarian diet and have everything needed for any type of food prep. Also big on recycling etc.

Bathroom is shared, and is newly refurbished and decorated, with power shower, marble sink, large mirror and plants so a pleasant and clean space for all.

Accessed from the kitchen through triple bnifold doors there is a small garden and terrace with outside dining table.

Also in residence is my small and friendly cat Mitten, who is usually very popular with guests and housemates, as long as you're OK with chill pets 😺

There's me (53M - freelancer and artist WFH) and lovely Aussie 30sF, so female guests preferred.
