Large double room to rent short-term

Hello, welcome to my humble abode! I've previously been letting out the room on Airbnb, but I'm now looking at renting out the room for short-term lets. The house is a large 3-bed semi with a big garden and ample space.

A little bit about me - I'm originally from Yorkshire and graduated from the University of Bath in 2018. I'm currently working as a structural engineer at Buro Happold in town. I'm super sporty - I'm a member of Team Bath running club and the Bath Amphibians triathlon club. I'm also a massive foodie and love to cook as well as eat out. I'm also super into houseplants, so my house is slowly but surely turning into a jungle!

The room you will be renting is a double room with views out over the front garden and you can also see the Royal Crescent in the distance! The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There's no parking directly on the property, however there is off-street parking a few metres from the house which tends to always have space. Amenity-wise, there are several corner shops within 5 minutes walk as well as Lidl which is less than 15 minutes away. The 5 and U2 buses stop right outside the house which take you into town or up to the uni.

Bills are included.

I'm looking for someone easy-going and friendly and who has similar interests. As it's my own house I'd also like someone who will respect the place and is happy to chip in with cleaning, emptying the bins etc.
