Hi !

I have a room I'm looking to rent out (single) (If a double is really wanted I could swap rooms for the right person ). Move in date is not an exact date just let me know your situation.
And price is negotiable

My name's Dan , I'm 27 , I own a home and a cat ! I work mon-fri and some odd hours like weekends and nights. I go to the gym regularly and like to cycle and explore, love music.  I like to chill on the sofa with the odd drink and binge watch Netflix. Also caught the travel bug and would love to explore more.
I'm easy going and considerate.

The person must be relaxed, with similar interests, clean, tidy and consideration is a must .
You will be renting to stay in the entire property and have access everywhere and at anytime.

This is a 2bed house with 1x bathroom, 1x lounge , 1x kitchen,1x conservatory, a drive able to fit 3 cars, front and rear garden and garage.

I am open to negotiations and hopefully can find the right person.

I moved in 4 years ago and since then have been updating the house, there are still a few things left to do so I hope this will not put you off nothing to major! (down stairs kitchen) hopefully will have all new appliances and a Morden feel very soon.

The single room has 1x day bed with storage that can be pulled into a double.
1x cupboard aswell for hanging clothes and has a bit of space for storage.
computer desk with gaming pc and monitor.
More than happy to make changes for the right person!!!
The house is around 20min bus journey to and from the centre traffic dependent!
It is close to gyms, retail, coffee, restaurants, cinemas, bowling.

This is a very relaxed household.
