Double room available in 3 bed family home

I have a double room available for a single tenant in a family home setting. The house comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, large kitchen/diner, downstairs WC and living room. There is also a front and rear enclosed garden.

I am a single mother to my son. It is just us living at the address. My son will not be here 1 night of the week and will also be with his Father every other weekend. My son attends nursery 3 days a week 8-6.
I live at the end of a very quiet street with lovely, friendly neighbours and plenty of parking.
The room is semi furnished with a large built in warbrobe and can also have a ‘small double’ bed if required.

I am a friendly, caring person and love to cook/bake when I have time - especially for others. I love caring for my garden and a few plants but I’m learning as I go!

I have a very close, friendly family who like to pop by now and then but don’t intrude. However, if the kettles on they will happily bring biscuits or cake!

I love exploring, trying new things, seeing new places, running, swimming, cycling, walking etc and the odd glass of wine in a pub garden is always a welcomed evening out. Otherwise, a good series and chill is my ideal wind down. I enjoy craft and also do a bit of beauty and massage therapy on the side from home.

I am a smiley, bubbly person looking for a likeminded person for some company around the the house.

The property is situated very close to the Bristol to Bath cycle path, the A4174 ring road and there are good bus links at the end of my road.
