Ideal for people that work in Kingswood, St George and anywhere along the Ring Road A4174.
Easy commuting between Bristol, Keynsham, and Bath. Driving to Bristol city centre takes ~25 minutes and to Bath 15 minutes. The Ring Road A4174 provides easy access to UWE Frenchay. As well as access to M32, M5, and M4 to London.

On-street parking.

Easy access to buses 42 and 43 to Bristol city centre as well as 45 and 19 from Cadbury Heat.

The closest train station is Keynsham, which is 5 minutes driving or 10 minutes by bus or cycling.

The property is near VUE Cinema, The Gym Group, Nandos, Frankie & Bennies, as well as Starbucks, Asda Tesco Express, Marks&Spencer, Lidl, etc. A local convenience shop is located a 5-minute walk from the flat.

You will share the property only with me. The property was recently renovated. I take great care of the place doing regular maintenance and DYI work, for example, I've just installed new high efficiency double glancing windows. If you like living in a stylish, tidy place and you are tired of living in shared accommodations with too many people, you'll love living here.

About me, I am a very friendly and outgoing person, I enjoy conversations with others and I can show empathy care, and respect for your privacy.
I work both in the office and home and I spend most weekends out and about.
Ideally, I'd like to share with someone happy to have a chat after work, watch TV while sharing food.

The room does not come with a desk, therefore, I wouldn't recommend it to fully remote workers.
