At present room is empty of furnishing but does have built in wardrobes. I am happy to redecorate and fit new carpet prior to moving in. Also happy to provide a new bed if required. I am only just moving in myself so please be flexible with regard to other parts of the house being ready. Should be available mid to late July. Would prefer professional working person and someone who is tidy. Second double bedroom will be my office so no other people will be at the house. I intend to get a cat so please bear in mind.
