The bus will get you to the centre of town in 15min. Blaise Castle is 5 mins, the Clifton Downs 20 mins walk and tennis courts in Cranford Park.
The house is a 10-minute drive from Cribbs Causeway shopping centre and M5 Motorway and 15 mins to the M4, M32.
Also, easy access to Southmead Hospital, Airbus, and MOD. Rolls Royce and Aztec West, bus stop at the end of the road. There are good on-street parking and bike space in the front or back garden.
You'll be sharing with two easy-going professionals in their early 30s, working full-time. Both have pretty busy social lives. If you are interested in viewing, please get in touch.
