Double room to rent in great location in Westbury on Trym in lovely two bed house situated right by the High Street and very close to the shops, cafes and pubs.

House is conveniently situated near the M5 Motorway, Cribbs Causeway and is not far from the Downs.

There are bus stops within a few minutes walking distance.

Bedroom is at the rear of the house with a window overlooking a garden.

House has all mod cons and rent includes all bills and council tax.

I’m fairly quiet to live with and like my own space but enjoy the company of others. I’m looking for someone easy going to live with like myself and no party animals.

I currently work from home most of the time but like to get outside when I’m not and have a lovely Labrador called Hazel. She’s a bit reactive to people she doesn’t know coming to the house but once she knows you she settles down. I’d like a lodger who also likes dogs and someone who doesn’t mind keeping an eye on her if I had to pop out.
